Beaches in Myanmar

	Chaungtha

	Chaung-tha Beach is located 40km to the west of Pathein (Bassein) in Ayeyarwaddy Division. It is a very convenient drive from Yangon via Pathein taking about 5 hours. There are Bunglow type hotels along the beach with modern facilities.
	Ngwe Saung

	It is a newly opened beach about 48km from Pathein. This unspoilt beach stretches 15km of white sand and blue sea. There are newly constructed bunglows with local flavour but equipped with modern facilities. Fringed with palm tree, all hotels face the beach.
Setse	Ngapli

Un-touched beach line up with coconut trees is a short drive from Kyaikkhami. Snorkeling and breathing fresh air, lying down on the silvery sand watching the life of the fisherman along the sea coach.	Located on the Rakhine Coast near Thandwe (Sandoway), Ngapali is one of the beautiful beaches in Myanmar. This unspoilt beach in 35 minute flight from Yangon. By overland, it is 14 hour drive along the narrow winding road over the Rakhine Yoma after crossing the Ayeyarwaddy River at Pyay (Prome).
Maungmagan

Maungmagan is a beautiful beach in Tanintharyi Division.It is a seaside village ten miles from Dawei.Dawei is the capital city of Tanintharyi Division in the coastal region of southern Myanmar.Most people in this region are fishermen.Most of the villagers carry out fishing at sea as a living tradition.Boats are vital requirements for fishing at the sea.
