Day1::
Arrival Yangon with morning flight. Transfer to hotel.Visit the gold-clad Shwedagon Pagoda in which are enshrined sacred hairs of the Buddha, the 2500- years old and 98 meters high Pagoda dominates the Yangon skyline; Chaukhtatgyi the 70-meter long Reclining Buddha images; Kabaraye(world peace) Pagoda built in 1952 for the sixth Buddhist Synod; and Maha Pasana Cave. This ‘grate cave’ is a totally artificial one built close to Kabaraye Pagoda. It was here that the Sixth Buddhist synod was held to coincide with the 2500th anniversary of the Buddha’s enlightenment. The golden pagoda is unusual in that it is octagonal in shape from the base right up to the top; the Yangon General Post Office, a well preserved building of the colonial era Yangon river jetty and the bustling China Town. Overnight at Yangon.
Day2::
After Breakfast, take morning flight  to Bagan. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Sightseeing Bagan. Visit Shwezigone Pagoda, the prototype of pagodas in Myanmar; Alodawpyae Temple, and Wetkyinn, the 13th century “cave temple” with some frescos from the jataka. Stories of the buddha’s past lives. Afternoon sightseeing at lacquerware industry. Lawkananda Pagoda, Manuha Pagoda, named after Manuha, a captive Mon King and supposedly built by him to express displeasure at his captivity: close behind the Manuha Pagoda is the Nan Paya said to have been used as Manuha’s prison :  Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi, built by Kyansittha’s son Rajakumar on his father’s death. There are some stuccowork on its exterior walls; Myazedi;  Ananda Temple, one of the largest, finest and best preserved and most revered of the Bagan temples, and home to four 9.5 m standing Buddha; Thatbyinnyu Temple, the highest of Bagan temples; and Bupaya Pagoda on the brink of majestic Ayeyarwaddy RiverShwesandaw Pagoda, a graceful circular pagoda whose upper terrace has become a very popular sunset-viewing spot. Stay overnight at Bagan.
Day3::
Bagan to Mt. Popa by coach. Some 50 km southeast of Bagan. Mt.Popa, an extinct  volcano 1,500m high, is the legendry abode of “nats”(spirits).The Pagoda at the summit can be reached by climbing over 700 steps. The view of the surrounding area from the top is spectacular. And Visit Nyaung U market. Overnight at Bagan.
Day4::
Take a trip to Heho by flight and proceed to Kalaw by coach. Local sightseeing in Kalaw , and return to Nyaung Shwe. Overnight in Nyaung Shwe.
Day5::
Visit Kalaw market and proceed to Pindaya  sightseeing on the way. Lunch at Pindaya restaurant. Visit Pindaya cave set in deep hillside and containing over 8000 Buddha images of various size and many centuries old. Later, observe Shan umbrella and paper making industry and visit Botaloke Lake. Continue to Nyaung shwe. Overnight in Nyaung Shwe.
Day6::
Excursion by boat on Inle lake. Visit floating garden and floating markets, observe Intha fishermen rowing their boats with their legs, gold and blacksmiths and weaving industry. Lunch. Visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and Ngaphechaung Monastery (watch jumping cats). Return to Nyaung Shwe. Dinner and overnight at Nyaung Shwe.
Day7::
After breakfast, Inle to Mandalay  by coach. On arrival in Mandalay, visit Zaycho market and Tapestry work. Lunch, aftersigtseeing in Shwenandaw Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda, also known as the “World’s Largest Book” for the 729 marble slabs in its compound on which is inscriped the entire Buddhist Scriptures. Sandamuni Pagoda, Kyauktawgyi Image and Mandalay Hill (panoramic view of the sunset). Night in Mandalay.
Day8::
After breakfast, visit to Mahamuni Buddha Image and wood and stone carving works; bronze culture; Proceed to Amarupura and ancient capital; visit Mahagandayone Monastery and observe the alms –food offering to hundreds of monks; U Bein bridge across the Taungthaman Lake. Lunch. Proceed to Sagaing across the Ayeyarwaddy River. Return to Yangon by evening flight. Overnight at Yangon.
Day9::
Free at leisure until departure.
